eing bombarded on a daily basis with the rich colours, exotic scents, eclectic tastes, cacophony of never-ending noise, diverse cultures, fabulous jewels and the pure vibrancy of the life she spent in ‘Incredible India’ has left an indelible mark on Caroline’s life and work.
Since childhood, jewellery ignited an ingrained love for all things that adorn and sparkle, leading Caroline on a journey to create her own bespoke collections, gaining a First Class BA (Hons) in Contemporary Object and Design along the way.
Through the design process Caroline unravels thoughts and ideas to realise and make her collections of jewellery.
The inticacy of pattern in the architecture and ornaments of the life she spent in India captivated Caroline and continue to be integral to her contemporary fine jewellery designs.
With a sensitive use of colour and traditional
materials wedded to modern technology and
techniques, Caroline creates individual designs
from her garden studio in the beautiful
Lincolnshire countryside
Caroline’s tactile pieces of jewellery are both
evocative and sensory, they are reminiscent of
cultural travel, heritage and moments in time.
